From local concern to organized civic action.
ARCA grew from Richmond residents who came together around concerns affecting their neighbourhoods, families, and city. The group recognized that lasting change requires more than reacting to individual decisions—it requires a strong, organized, and constructive community voice.
Today, Advance Richmond works to support meaningful public consultation, transparent decision-making, community safety, responsible housing and social policy, a healthy local economy, and civic participation across Richmond.
